Order Cancellation:

If you change your mind, just let us know before your order ships by sending an email to support@wondborn.com. We'll do our best to cancel it and get you a full refund.

Once it's shipped, unfortunately, we can't call it back.

Product Return：

If you want to return the product for unconditionally within 30 days from the day you received the package, it’s available in the situation that the package is unopened and the product is not used. You need to return the full package and cover the shipping fee for returning the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our official website.

Here's what we ask:
  1. The original packaging remains unopened and intact, and the product is unused. 
  2. Return the full package, including any complimentary gifts received.
  3. Kindly cover the shipping fees for returning the product.
  4. Provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase from our official website to facilitate the return process.

Exchanges:

If you want to return the product for quality reasons verified by us within 60 days from the day you received the package, you can exchange it fora new one.

  3. Approval and instructions: Once we approve your return, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item back.
  4. Safe travels for your return: Pack it securely according to our instructions and send it to the address provided by our team. We recommend insuring the shipment for added peace of mind.
  5. Label it clearly: Don't forget to write your order number on the outside of the package for easy identification.
  6. Time is on your side: You have 30 days from initiating the return to ship it back. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
