Quick thawing guide:
1. Place the milk storage bag in the cup
2. Add water to the MAX line (closing the lid helps improve efficiency)
3. Set the temperature about 8°F above your desired feeding temperature.
Once finished, let it sit for about 10 minutes for even warming.

For faster thawing, we recommend rinsing the frozen breast milk bag under running water first, then pouring the slushy milk directly into the bottle warmer for heating.

Battery performance varies depending on volume, temperature settings, and usage method. With a 12800mAh battery, the warmer can heat up to 8 servings of 4oz refrigerated milk under typical conditions. This is normal and may vary based on how the product is used.

When the battery level is low, the device prioritizes charging to protect battery health. Heating will resume once the battery reaches a sufficient level.

No. Please remove the battery base before cleaning. The main container is washable but the battery base is not waterproof and should never be exposed to water. Before heating, make sure the metal contacts on the bottom are clean and completely dry for proper performance.
