Do I need to clean the sterilizer and dryer before first use?
Yes. The heating plate has a protective oil layer from manufacturing. Mix water
with a small amount of baking soda, boil in the sterilizer, let it cool slightly,
then wipe gently. Finish with a clean water boil before first use.
How do I clean and descale the sterilizer and dryer?
After each use, wipe the heating plate to remove water spots and any residue, as
leftover impurities may cause a burnt smell. Every 2 weeks, add water and a
descaling agent (white vinegar or citric acid), run a steam cycle, then rinse with
clean water. Do not boil dry.
How long does it take for the sterilizer and dryer to complete a full cycle and how does sterilization work?
Quick sterilization takes 6 minutes. A full sterilize + dry cycle lasts 30-60
minutes depending on load and drying time. High-temperature steam kills 99.999% of
common bacteria, and items are automatically dried.
Can this sterilizer and dryer accommodate different bottle sizes and accessories?
Yes. Compatible with most standard and wide-mouth bottles, nipples, pump parts,
pacifiers, spoons, and teething toys. Avoid non-heat-resistant items.
Can it replace washing bottles?
No. Bottles must be cleaned manually or in a dishwasher before use. The device
only sterilizes and dries.
