Yes. The heating plate has a protective oil layer from manufacturing. Mix water with a small amount of baking soda, boil in the sterilizer, let it cool slightly, then wipe gently. Finish with a clean water boil before first use.

After each use, wipe the heating plate to remove water spots and residue, as buildup may cause a burnt smell. Every 2 weeks, run a steam cycle with water and a descaling agent (white vinegar or citric acid), then rinse with water. Do not boil dry.

Choose the 6-minute quick sterilization cycle to eliminate 99.9% of common bacteria, or switch to Auto Mode (set for 60 minutes) for deep sterilization that kills up to 99.999% of bacteria.

The sterilizer uses high-temperature steam to help eliminate common bacteria and germs from bottles and baby accessories. After sterilization, the built-in drying function helps dry the items and keeps them ready for use.

Yes. The sterilizer is designed to fit most standard and wide-neck bottles, including tall 8 oz bottles. It can hold up to 12 standard-size bottles and easily accommodates breast pump parts, nipples, pacifiers, feeding spoons, teethers, and other baby essentials.

No. Bottles must be cleaned manually or in a dishwasher before use. The device only sterilizes and dries.
